Georgette is a member of the Markets Research Team, where she is responsible for analysing currencies and oil prices. These markets are highly dynamic and exert a significant influence on other financial markets as well as the global economy. With over 25 years’ experience in financial markets, particularly in currency analysis, Georgette has earned recognition for her expertise. She was awarded the title of Best Precious Metals Forecaster in both 2015 and 2018. Georgette holds a PhD from Rushmore University, where she authored the book Strategic Market Analysis. She also possesses a range of certificates and diplomas, including master-level courses in Climate Modelling, Geothermal Energy and Global Biochemical Cycles from VU, as well as qualifications in Risk & AI and Sustainability & Climate Risk from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). In addition, she holds a Gemmology Diploma from Gem-A in London, a Diamond Graduate certificate from the International Gemological Institute (IGI) in Antwerp. She also speaks four languages.
